CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

The Scientific Committee is delighted to announce that abstract submission for the PAGES 2026 is now open!
The top 3 abstracts will be selected through peer review and awarded a chance for a spotlight presentation at this international stage.

Submission deadline: 15th May 2026.
Conference registration is mandatory prior to submission.
Abstracts must be based on original and unpublished research (with ethical clearance) or case series/reports (after informed consent).
Accepted abstracts will be displayed during the event.
The scientific committee reserves the right to accept or reject any submission following peer review. The Committee's decision shall be final.

Formatting instructions

List author names and institutional affiliations immediately below the abstract title.
Underline the presenting author's name.
Font: Times New Roman, font size 12.
Format: Mircosoft word/pdf
One image/table/figure may be included within the abstract.
References: Vancouver style, maximum 3 references.
Keywords: provide 3 to 5 appropriate MeSH keywords
Word limit: 300 words — excluding author names, affiliations, title, and references.

Research Paper

Use the IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion) format.
Introduction - mention study hypothesis with clear aims and objectives.
Methods - include design, ethical approval, trial registration, consent, interventions and statistical analysis used.
Results - mention P values and 95% confidence interval while reporting results.
Conclusions - should justify primary objective.

Case series/case report

Structure the abstract under Introduction, Case Description, Conclusion headings.
Introduction (Highlight novelty)
Cases/Case Description (include details of cases/case. Mention patient consent)
Conclusion: highlighting the key points for managing the case

E-Poster specifications

Orientation: Portrait (vertical)
Dimensions: 1,080 pixels (W) × 1,920 pixels (H) —or— 65 cm (W) × 115 cm (H)
File size and format: Maximum 5 MB, Single slide ppt/pptx or single page PDF format
Font: Times New Roman/Arial/Calibri, minimum size 20 points.
Images, graphs, and tables are permitted. No videos/audio files/animations are allowed.
Posters will be viewed from a distance of approximately 1 metre.
Time allocated - 5 minutes (3 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A)
